Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using More Life, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Service

More Life provides an AI-powered fitness and nutrition coaching platform, available as a web application and mobile app. Access is offered on a subscription basis, including free and paid tiers with different features and limits.

Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person unless we expressly permit otherwise.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.

Subscription & Billing

• Free tier: Limited features as described in the product.
• Paid tiers: Pro at $15/month and Elite at $30/month, subject to change with reasonable notice where required.
• Paid plans may include a 7-day free trial as offered at signup.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe unless otherwise stated.
• You may cancel at any time; access generally continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for a paid plan, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Contact hello@morelife.fit for refund requests.

AI Coaching Disclaimer

• AI coaching is for informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice.
• It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new diet or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition.
• Recommendations are generated by machine learning models and may be incomplete or incorrect. Use your own judgment and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or credentials with others in violation of these Terms.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scraping to access the service without permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models except where permitted by law.
• Upload or transmit harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

• More Life owns the platform, branding, software, and other content we provide, subject to any third-party rights.
• User-generated data you input (such as logs and preferences) remains yours.
• AI-generated meal plans and workout programs are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use in connection with the service, not for resale or redistribution as a standalone product.

Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We are not liable for injuries or health outcomes resulting from your use of or reliance on AI recommendations or the service.
• We are not liable for data loss beyond what reasonable backups and industry practices can prevent; you are responsible for maintaining copies of important information where appropriate.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if none, fifty dollars (USD $50)).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the product or by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where preempted by applicable federal law. Courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
